BRIEF
We've designed a truly remarkable green building in central London and need a film to appeal to a forward-thinking potential tenant.
We worked with developer Fabrix and Architect Sheppard Robson to bring the ‘Roots In The Sky’ building to life in a cinematic film aimed at finding a conscientious, community-caring tenant, to occupy their fantastic vision for a post covid office space. An office with genuine green credentials from its concept to its literal rooftop of over 100 trees, making it Europe’s first classified forest building.
MAKING
A narrative-driven character approach, involving a 2-day green screen shoot, drone shoot and helicopter shoot.
We storyboarded a film that was all about representing different sides of the project; one of community, work, play and ‘green luxury’. We produced several film components from green screen to helicopter shoot, using the very best operators in our industry.
Our story centers around someone that works there, who invites a member of the local community to run a planting workshop in the community rooftop barn and gardens. This simple narrative glues together every part of the project the client wanted to show, and ultimately; sell.

RESULT
A powerful marketing product to sell the building.
It’s important to us that our clients have fun making films with us, it’s not every day you get to go on a film set or talk creatively about narrative ideas on a weekly basis. Everyone from Fabrix was a joy to work with and the challenge of meeting their excellence and detailed oriiente3d thinking shone through in the film.
It’s one thing talking about making a film, but going on set and watching Factory Fifteen work their magic was a great experience and we couldn’t be happier with how the film turned out.
