2 Iconic landmarks, in the mountains of Trojena
Zaha Hadid Architects came to us to create 2 short films to announce their upcoming architectural proposals for the Trojena mountain range in Saudi Arabia. We utilized realtime technologies to accommodate an ambitious timeframe, enhancing the creative early stages of development while still delivering production-quality results in less time.
The 330m Tower contains observation decks and restaurants is a crystal-like structure made of numerous columns that taper toward the peak. The film illustrates the crystals growing from the rich ground into its final form before exploring its spaces cinematically.

An archeological observatory over the Trojena ski resort
The second jewel of Trojena was a stunning curved design which pushes the boundaries of architectural design and engineering. The film showcases the architectural concept of the contours being pulled away from the mountainscape, before exploring the form and functions within.
Quickly communicating each buildings design philisophy while maintaining a cinematic feel was really important to Zaha. We also wanted to communicate key modes of transport to each of these iconic designs hidden away in the mountains before exploring them more traditionally.
