Factory Fifteen teamed up with Mercedes-Benz USA and their integrated Agency of Record, Merkley+Partners to craft this breathtaking experience for Sphere – aired during Formula One’s Las Vegas Grand Prix. The advert turns The Sphere into a giant snow globe, featuring 4 of the Mercedes cars within. The Mercedes Star Mark is used as a transitioning device between 4 different scenes hidden within by kicking up the snow from the base of the sphere as it spins. The spot aims to be a festive, playful, and unique way of using the Sphere at this key sporting event.

Drawing on our experience creating content for Sphere’s interior, with their contribution to UFC Noche, as well as previous work for the Exo-Sphere, we brought the creative insight and technical expertise to quickly present various options during pitching while pushing the project as far as possible, all while working within challenging production timelines.

For each car, a distinctive environment was created to reflect the car’s unique properties with the Mercedes Starmark used as a transition device.

The piece ran on the sphere over the three-day Vegas Formula 1 GP which gained worldwide attention and was enjoyed by fans in the grandstands and online on Mercedes social channels
