15 YEARS OF ARCHITECTURE

For 15 years, we’ve helped architects and developers tell the right story at the right moment. At Factory Fifteen, we take a strategic approach, tailoring each visualisation to your message and stage of the project lifecycle.

Creative Director
Over the years, we’ve applied this methodology to countless projects, each one an opportunity to tell a unique story of urban development, translating complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives infused with artistic flair. Here are a few examples:
Partnering with Zack Monroe Architects and Channel 4, we created animations that clearly conveyed each residential project’s intent - seen through the lens of the architect’s model workshop.
To celebrate Great Britain’s industrial legacy and innovation - past, present, and future - we created an illustrative animated triptych for Asif Khan Architects, showcased at the World Expo in Dubai.
Inspired by local illustrators, we adopted a bold graphic style to depict the development of a new city in Doha for Allies and Morrison, an inventive marketing approach that helped win the competition.
2D motion graphics were used to evoke the industrious past of Manchester’s docklands, referencing a new development by SEW Architects.
Sometimes, placemaking matters more than the building itself - as with 'Principal Place' for Brookfield and Foster + Partners. We brought the development’s branding to the forefront using 3D motion graphics.
HWKN are known for breaking from 'The Grid' in bold, unconventional ways. We abstracted this design ethos into a poetic film - an architectural response to an aging population.
To mark a major milestone for gold on the stock market, we created a stylised Manhattan - rising from golden blocks.
When lifestyle, materiality and feel are the driving factors for communication, then photo-realism is the right approach, like our film for Fabrix and Shepard Robson titled 'Roots In The Sky’
...or our film for Populous to announce Roma Stadium to the world. Both projects utilised a green screen shoot to communicate personal narratives.
We often help architects imagine tomorrow through cinematic, editorial-quality fantastic storytelling and design. From envisioning futuristic Middle Eastern cities like Neom to securing funding for The Sphere in Las Vegas in 2016, our films turn bold ideas into compelling narratives that have real world impacts.
We don't put projects in boxes, often developments need to communicate diagrammatic information with cinematic materiality, like this film for Hines and Gensler for the 'West Edge' development.
At Factory Fifteen, our BAFTA and Emmy Award Winning Directors bring an advertorial edge to architectural marketing. Every project is uniquely crafted to suit its purpose, budget, and story. Get in touch to discover the value we can add to your development.
